Default Random Crashes =^\

Lately my comp has been having a lot of problems with programs crashing,
especially explorer... my latest crash occured as i was just browsing mp3s
through the explorer...this is what it said:

AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1106 Offset: 00002109

Does that mean anything to anyone?...what else do i need to include? (for
the next time something crashes, for im sure it will)

Aaron;
If they are random, check hardware.
Reseat all components (ensure fully seated)
If you have multiple sticks of memory try removing one stick at a time
being sure not to go below Windows XP 64mb minimum.
Check all fans and vents.
Power supply always has a fan, CPU and video card sometimes have a
fan.

Try these:
Run an updated virus scan.
Run Disk Cleanup checking all boxes except "Compress old files"
Run Defrag.
If you have file sharing software such as Kazaa, disable it.
Check this link:

Run Ad-Aware (free version) or Spybot to check for spywa

Or
