Default Removed Windows Messenger - Now Want it Back

I removed Windows Messenger using the command:

rundll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\inf\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

I now want it back, but I don't know how to do it. I've tried using the
add/remove Windows components but it brings up an error about a missing
file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
