Default Sharing problems

Hi all, I have a computer with Windows XP home edition and
3 user accounts (2 administrators and 1 limited). I
installed a dictionary (CD-rom) in my account
(administrator) but the other users cannot access it. I
tried to copy the folder in "Shared files", but still no
access for the other users. And when I try to access the
CD-rom from other user account I get no response at all. I
tried to contact the dictionary manufacturers but had no
success.

Can anybody help me? Where (or from which user) should I
install this so that all users have access?

I appreciate your response. Thanks.
