Default XP Pro & HP LaserJet 2100 TN PCL 6 & MS Word

"margins of section 1 are set outside the printable area
of the page"

Documents were created with MS Word 2000, the new PC is
running MS Word 2002. They print perfectly every time
from the old NT Workstation PC.

In the new XP, the print preview shows a perfect page but
it actually prints a large margin to the left and the
right side is incomplete.

Choosing the "fix" button changes the margins to 2.67"

I have tried installing the driver from the HP site but
to no avail.

The documents are locked forms with fill text form
fields. I task between Word, IE and MS Outlook. The
problem seems to be intermittant as sometimes the first
time it does print correctly. After resetting the form
for the next time, it has a problem.

HELP is appreciated!
