Default Problems with Temporary Internet Files folder's

You can delete the folder from the Recovery Console with the DEL and
RD commands.

Make sure that you do only delete files and folders via the Windows
Explorer or - better - via the IE Tools Options Delete Files. If
you delete data with third-party file managers the INDEX.DAT file is
not updated and may grow up.
