Default bad_pool_caller

recently my computer reset itself and the message appeared, windows cannot
start because missing or corrupt windows\system32\config\system. When I used
the window xp disk to recovery the file, it stops ang gives me the message
bad_pool_caller 0x000000c2

It shows me how to fix the problem if my computer is up and running. How do
I fix the problem if I can't boot up.
