What's the last known good version of CClearner for Windows 10 x64
What's the last known good version of CClearner for Windows 10 x64?
This article implies it might be a version prior to 5.43.6522 (25May2018): https://betanews.com/2018/09/18/ccleaner-updating-itself-against-users-wishes/ But that Win10 users would need to never turn on the (off by default) check [_]Old Prefetch data (It's hard to tell from the article above if _that_ is the problem switch.) (I'm using CCleaner Free v5.39.6399 64bit which is where I see that switch.) |

I can see no valid reason to keep updating the programme. -- Regards wasbit |
