Default Cannot open Video directories in Windows explorer

Evry time I try to open a video map (with inside many video files) in
Windows explorer I get the following message :
«Active Movie Window application error instruction 0x0324c710 Clic on OK
for stop the
programm... ». When I close the error message box, Windows explorer is
closing off and starting again. The only way to acces my videofiles is using
an explorer window inside ą programm.

What can I do on my configuration or otherwise so that I can normaly open a
map with many big files (4 GB et more) and have no problems.

My configuration : Windows XP pro NTFS Sempron 3000 1Gb memory.

I posted this question yet in different forums, but yust to now nobody is
answering my question.

I should be very thankfull when somebody can give me the right solution.

George
