Default When opening Nero, PC reboots??

Everytime I try and run Nero, my pc shuts down. It used to work before but
now nothing. I have noticed that every time I boot up I get a "serious
error" and it creates a dump file for something somewhere. Any suggestions??
Thanks

One of the application's files might have become corrupted. Not your fault -
it happens from time to time. Completely uninstall Nero, reboot and
reinstall.
