Default Can't read data from burned DVD - worked prior to reimaging my mac

Hello - I'm hoping someone can help me.

I have a tonne of pictures, files, movies etc which I burned to DVDs using
Windows to copy/write the files in a BenQ DVD writer. I was always able to
read these DVDs on my computer's DVD drive as well as the BenQ itself.

This past weekend, I reimaged my computer (Windows XP Home). Now, when I
put the DVDs in, Windows can't see any files.

Assistance is greatly appreciated!

Does Windows recognize *any* DVDs in the drive? If no, see

Possibly you burned these disks to DVD-RW? In that case, you don't have the
same program installed that you used to. You need to have packet-writing
software installed or a UDF reader. Examples are Roxio's Drag-to-Disc and
Nero's InCD.

If this is what you did, a better solution is to *not* use CD/DVD-RWs and
just use CD/DVD-Rs instead in the future.
