This is far easier than you can imagine.

Try this (it's so simple, it's crazy!).

1. Go to vpngate.net
2. Download a few of the ovpn config files.
3. $ openvpn --config one-of-those-config-files.ovpn

Voila!
And you're on VPN.

It's so simple, it's crazy.
At least using Linux it is.
