Default XP upgraded to SP2 -everything miniscule

I just installed SP2 to my XP Home - everything is so small, it is hard to
read or click on anything - even my hourglass is tiny. I have looked at
display settings - troubleshoot says I am fine. My fonts even look different.
display settings look fine. What gives?

Either install updated drivers for your video card or roll back the
drivers to what they were. Get the drivers from the device mftr. or
from the OEM's website (if you have an OEM machine like Compaq, HP,
Sony, etc.).

Adding on Malke advise, you can try the following by right clicking on
desktop and choose properties follow by setting tab. Try changing the setting
at screen resolution.
