Video Conversation using MSN Messenger 5.0

Hi,

I have encounter problems using MSN Messenger 5.0 for
video conferencing. I could not see the other party nor
can he see me. Kindly could you help me? I am using a
Alcatel Speed Touch Pro with a Logitech Quick CAM on
broadband connection.
