Major Problems!

I now believe that the cause has come from Direct CD
changing my CD burner driver file with a corrupt driver.
Any info on rolling back this drive?

After downloading Easy CD Creater Platinum and
installing
it, the computer automatically restarted and has since
completely crashed. I can't log in safe mode or with
the
last known good configuration due to the blue screen of
death popping up temporarily before a restart. I have
not been able to read this error yet due to an
immediate
restart. I have tried to use the recovery console,
which
I know nothing about, and it won't even accept my
administrative password. I really have no idea where
to
go from here, because it stops and restarts every time
on
safe mode when it gets to mup.sys file. And no I
didn't
make a boot disk. Is there any possible way to solve
this dilemma without a fresh resinstalliation, thus
losing all my files? Please someone help me!!!!!!!!!!
