Default No dialup window using Netscape

I am using Netscape 7 as my default browser, but when I
start the browser the dialup window does't come up. I put a
short cut on the desktop for my dialup connection so I can
connect first then I start Netscape. If I start Internet
Explorer the dialup connection window shows up. Is there a
setting I missed
Thanks.
.
THANKS FOR NOTHING, GOODBYE

What OS are you running?

Actually, there is - but as you use the web interface - which is, at
best, poor - then it didn't pick up the post by Gordon :-

try here, it worked for me with Mozilla.
