looking for bulgarian cyrillic keyboard

a client of mine already has bulgarian language installed
on her xp home laptop.

she says she needs bulgarian cyrillic language with flex
type. she says the bulgarian installed is latin
characters. i don't see any cyrillic bulgarian support in
the XP language options. help?
