How can I get all my programs to stay in the programs list
in the "Start" menu? I have changed the tabs in the start menu to load "30 programs but when I click on one of the programs in the list and use it and then go back in to the programs list only the one I recently selected is there. Without having to go into the "start" menu setup and clearing the program list on the advanced tab each time how can I get all of my programs to display? I know you can click on the down arrow to show them but I want them to all to display all the time? What is the secret or can't this be done? Thanks |

Or if it is : I can't find an "All Programs" choice and Scroll Programs is : unchecked. Right click the start button and choose propertiescustomize . I, too, would prefer if the entire list would open. : : mady I am not sure unchecking this box does the trick. Mine are open and I have forget where I changed it. Someone will post I hope. TonyS |

Give XP Start Menu a trial run. I think it customizes well and offers more options on the first click. With quicklaunch, notification area icons and office toolbar my desktop is empty and trips to the program menu are few. ( the entire list shows too. ) IMHO TonyS |
