Default Contact List:

hello,

My contact list seems to have some issues. It seems that it doesnt update
whenever i make a change.

for example, I have certain people blocked. whenever i unblock them, they
will remain unblocked until i close my msn down. Upon restarting msn, they go
back to being blocked.

also, on my privacy tab in options, as i delete people from the list, they
appear again once i restart the program.
pls help me!
