Default !!!Please help, windows boot up screen

Hi,
My LCD monitor won't display anything below 640*480. So during the startup
of windows xp, the monitor will show "out of range" . Is there any way to
increase the resolution of windows boot screen? Even the bios self-test
screen has the resolution 640*480.

thanks

I responded to this on another group. If you feel you must post to more

than one group, you're better off doing it in one post rather than multiple
posts.
