Default windows 2008 - multipage

Hi,
i just didnt find anywhere else to post this.
i have trouble to fax multipage printouts from programs like
crystal reports, FlexGrid (from component one)

i do a preview of a report, or a grid, press PRINT, and choose the fax
printer on my windows 2008 server (all is done on the server, not an xp
client).

the send fax dialog comes up with a TIF file attached.
the problem is, that the TIF file is corrupt of something like that, because
it can't be previewed or faxed.

when printing multipage from notepage, there isn't any problem

doing the same for a 1 page , works like a charm.
we didnt have these issues with XP or windows 2003.

i need desperate help. i can even email MS people the TIF file that was
created.
