My pc is running low on virtual memory. How do I check the Crapware??

The program installs OK in W XP, but when I try to install it in W 98SE, and try

Is it not designed to run on W 98?
I found that usually, when I try to install a program in W 98 which is designed
specifically for W XP, it refuses to install.
