Default shut down

Recently, when I shut down, I get a splash screen saying ending program
"Foster Parent"

I've searched my computer and cannot find Foster Parent, and there doesn't
seem to be any virus of that name.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Go to Run and type msconfig. Don't make any changes and see if you can find
something that resembles "Foster Parent" under either the services tab or
the startup tab. It should give you an idea of where the program is
located. Maybe that will get you started.

Cancel out of MSconfig.

Hmm -- found nothing in msconfig resembling foster parent. Also nothing
under search, including hidden files. I've never had a program of that name.
Task manager doesn't show anything either. I've done a quick web search and
nothing shows other than legitimate foster parent web sites. At time of shut
down, the only programs running that are supposed to be are a 3m post it
notes program and McAfee virus program. I've only notice this happening
recently although I'd don't always stick around to watch things shut down.

Thanks for the help.
