Default System shuts down during transcoding/encoding

When converting an avi to DVD in various apps, including Nero 8 and Adobe
Premiere Elements 7, it gets part way through then the system will shut
down. Any help greatly appreciated.

Paul.

Transcoding almost always shoves the CPU to 100%,
where heat & power problems show up.

Check ALL your fans and clean out any crud in the
heatsinks.

If that doesn't do it, try a new, bigger PSU.
