Sorry Kelly,
I guess I do it a little differently and yes, I suppose my way is a little more complex. I make small html files and then under the Signatures tab, I enter them as NEW like you said and go down and radio the FILE and set it there. I make some sig files that are pretty catchy little devils with a small gif, some text and a sound when you put your mouse over them and as well they contain a "mailto:" when you click on them... As for not just posting it here, I was thinking I might make her a custom one and for free at that.. I have made many of them for different folks.. I have a bunch of them that I made for myself and when you hit INSERT Sig, of course the fly out menu lists them all and makes for easy selection depending on whom I might be sending them too.. Ha Ha on that last part.. -- Burt The Old Alaskan MVP's listed on TECKPAGE http://www.cvinternet.net/~smokydog http://www.cvinternet.net/~smokydog/teckpage.htm "Kelly" wrote in message ... below and go to page 3 and hit the E Mail button on the left and ask me.. Uhmm, Burt....why should she have to do that? Why can't it be posted here? A txt file is not difficult at all, but she wanted to add a picture and that is the easiest way. To add a Txt File: Create a txt file (using notepad) say on your desktop. Add the Signature Wanted. Go to Tools/Options/Signature/New Edit Signature/File/Browse to Txt File on desktop. Set as Default. Advanced/Select accordingly. Signature Settings: Add sigs/Don't add sigs.
