Default NetMeeting Trouble shooting

Hy.

On local LAN.
NetMeeting betwen XP Pro and W98se work fine Audio + Video.

Same machine, same LAN.
NetMeeting betwen XP Pro and XP pro does not work at all !!!!

In firts case i can see 5 x UDP ports to open (4960x, 1373) when launching
Video.
In second (XP-XP), No UDP ports are opened!!! No audio nor video!

Both 1503, 1720 port talk together.. Calling ring are Ok!

Is there any tweak for XP Pro machine to work with NetMeeting (3.01
(4.4.3400)).

No ICS, No ICF, ZA or Not ZA... Same issue.

Any suggestion?

BPV

Ps: Same appened with MSN or Win Messenger !!!
