Epson CX5200 Stylus /Problems installing

When trying to load my new Epson 5200 Stylus, get the
following error message:

WOWEXEC caused a General Protection Fault in Module
MMSYSTEM.DLL at 000A:0032.

Not being extremely computer literate, I do not know what
this means or how to fix it.

Have contacted Dell and Epson both but no one has been
able to solve my problem. I need some help ASAP!!
