That's pretty much what I saw him say. How do you not see that he's asking them to look into injecting disinfectants and "bringing lights inside the body to kill the virus"? How do you excuse the president of the US being such a jaw-dropping idiot? The bigger problem, beyond him having no common sense, is that he's trying to lead because he wants to be a "stable genius". He was acting as a manager, advising the doctors on what they should try next, despite having no expertise. And even Fox News admits that. Only in the most bizarre interpretation did he tell ANYONE to inject themselves with disinfectant. Think about it.Â* You'd really have to hate someone to twist what he actually said around to injecting someone with disinfectant. Part of the problem is that those propagandists have no sense of humor or sarcasm.Â* American Pravda has actually fact checks his jokes! You're just as deluded as Donnie. He is the POTUS what he says or suggests to the nation people will do. Not everyone, but some/many. Even just spitballing ideas on live TV where it is obvious he doesn't have a first clue about what he's saying have a real an impact. That's what being a leader is about: be very careful what you say and make sure what you say is exactly what you want people to hear. Even he realised - or the very least his advisers managed to get through to him - that that escapade was a new low for him and hasn't done a PC since. The whole "sarcasm" thing was utterly ridiculous to anyone with a braincell. Even the bleach manufacturers have had to come out and tell people not to ingest their products. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trump_...ement_syndrome |

But that idiot was posing as the | *leader* of 300+ million people. | | Him talking like we would talk across a table with one | another does not make him a psychopath. | You keep willfully misinterpreting and twisting the issues. He's not talking casually. He's talking reckless nonsense in a press conference. He was trying to present himself as the genius with the good ideas. You not only forgive him. You defend him. What's your standard for a president? That they not drool and babble? You're also drawing a false connection to discredit calling him a psychopath. A psychopath is someone so spoiled/self absorbed that they don't have a conscience the way most people do. The average person might steal your place in line, say, but will apologize when confronted. Or they might be ashamed but make up an excuse to justify their action. A psychopath doesn't feel ashamed. They only care about themselves. That's what makes them charming. Severing any awareness of their own conscience removes shame and makes them seem confident. That's what we see in Trump. No matter his responsibilities, no matter the facts, he always and only acts in his own personal interest. His goals as president don't appear to extend beyond making money for himself and his buddies. And he'll do the latter only to make sure people owe him. A psychopath doesn't actually have buddies. You defend him rigorously, but why? What has he done that you feel deserves your loyalty? The trillion dollar tax cut for the rich? Or maybe you honestly believe he's doing a good job with coronavirus? Or perhaps you're glad he's guttd the EPA because you don't believe in environmental regulation? It's easy to say other people are reactionary, but I don't see you making any case for supporting him. You just attack an imagined opposing side. Do you have any reasoning for supporting the man? And I don't mean reasons like, "He's fighting the Democrats". I mean reasons based on his platform and actions as president. Even if you hate environmental regulation and public schools. I would disagree with you. But at least that would be a reason to support Trump. Yelling "screw the opposition" is not reasoning. |

Trump has been extremely patient with these *******s. -T This is Public Speaking 101. I had to take such a course, for work. Anyone who is a practicing politician, knows better than to commit to anything. You bring the results of your backroom discussions to the public as policies or programs. Haven't you ever watched Question Period for a government session. We have those here. A member of the opposition may ask the Leader a question, but if the Leader feels the Minister of Health could answer the question, he just nods to the woman and sits down, and the Minister of Health answers it. Handling an ambush is just that easy. It's professionalism. Your hired help can coach you, but for most of these people, they learned these things working their way up through the ranks. Maybe they dodged their first ambush in City Council, and the skill stayed with them. There's no profit shooting from the hip in a public meeting. You can only lose doing that. I'm no "stable genius", but I do know this much about presentations and meetings. The rules for meetings are pretty simple, and well known. That's why you write speeches in advance (or have someone write a speech for you), or prepare charts and slides. These are things that help you stay on message. And meeting materials are there to prevent you from "running off the road" during the presentation and ending up in a ditch. Do you have any observation skills at all ? I learned plenty at work, just from watching office politics and how people do things. I sometimes think they invited me to some of these meetings, just to see that "my jaw dropped" look on my face :-/ I'm pretty sure on at least two occasions, I was invited as a "witness to witlessness", mainly so I could see what they had to put up with. Â*Â* Paul Ya. Politicians say everything and say nothing at the same time. It is like trying to pin jello to a wall. Trump is not a politician, which is why so many of us like him. When he talks, it is like the two of us talking across a table from each other. Sometimes he thinks with his mouth open. It is refreshing not to have to deal with the dishonesty. |

He is a disgusting person utterly unfit for the job and I'm at a complete loss as to why anyone would defend him. That's because you're a ****ing idiot with Trump Derangement Sydrome. Everything... *EVERYTHING* you just said is brain-dead dogma... The only brain-dead people calling public health agencies about Fake News Media's suggestion/misreprentation that people should acutally ingest or inject household disinfectants are Fake Journalists trying to provoke a response to such a ridiculous interpretation taken way out of context from what President Trump actually said. It's a tired old lame-stream media game of 'Gotcha Semantics'. Most of us have developed 'HEARD IMMUNITY' to this bull**** because we've HEARD it all before - same incessant crap since 2016 - and we are simply IMMUNE to the bull****. #FakeNews controls only the weak minds among us. I talk to literally thousands of people per week and nobody - NOT ONE person - heard President Trump say what you have misrepresented him to have said. Nor did any of them interpret his comments like YOU and your Fake News Puppetmasters have twisted them. FYI: Penicillin is a "disinfectant". ("An agent that destroys micororganisms that might carry disease.") I guess after all these years we just know how to listen to him. We did NOT elect a prom-queen or a 'Sir Galahad'... We elected a flawed, imperfect human being who would stand up to NATO and compel them to pay their fair share; a guy who would stand up to the UN an cut off funding for corruption; a guy who would renegotiate terrible past trade agreements; a guy who would NOT put up with bull**** from Iran, Russia, and China, et al; a guy who would set aside his lavish lifestyle - for no pay whatsoever - to reverse the terrible direction the USA was headed in; a guy who would stand up to the establishment and status-quo while standing up for America and Americans FIRST, FOREMOST, FINALLY, and FOREVER MORE! "Jobs, jobs, jobs..." "It's the economy, stupid." Just try to imagine what our economy would be like NOW *if* Democrats had total control... President Trump may not have the language skills of his Fake News Media antagonists, but he is the right person for the times we are going through! President Trump is likely the greatest president our country has ever had, and surely the greatest president of our lifetime! Congratulations! *YOU* are the idiot in the crowd. -- I AM Bucky Breeder, (*(^; Resolve conflicts the American way : Rock - Paper - Scissors - "Ingestible Household Disinfectants" .... and I approve this message! |
