Default HELP MEEE! windows XP security issue!

HELP MEEE! windows XP security issue! i have just
formatted a new hard drive and i want to transfer my old
files.... but when i try to access the documents and
settings folder it says "d:\documents and settings\martin
is not accessable access is denied" the old hard drive is
NTFS but the new one is FAT32 could this contribute to
the problem.... and if so what is the cmd command to
convert it because i have forgotten 8-)

HOW TO: Take Ownership of a File or Folder in Windows XP

NOTE: You must be logged on to the computer using an account that has
administrative privileges. If you are running Windows XP Home Edition, in order
to have access to the Security tab, you must first start in Safe Mode and log on
with an account that has Administrative rights.
