Default cannot start error code 10

Hi. My pc stopped working, the tech guy said to replace the power
supply, and it is replaced and fixed now, but my web cam has stopped
working. It is connected to USB. I reinstall the software; followed
all instruction of manufacturer's. When I start video recording, it
says 'couldn't initialized the capture device'. I have connected the
web cam in the USB already. I tried to update the driver in my device
manager but it says 'cannot continue the hardware update wizard, the
wizard couldn't find a better match for your hard drive than the
software you currently have installed'. Device status says 'cannot
start error code 10'. When I start AMCAP, it says that I don't have
video capture. I see yellow exclamation in my device. My web cam was
fine before my pc is fixed because of power supply problem. Please
help. My web cam is very important!.

Thanks a lot.
