Default how to limit a user accoun'ts capabilities

I'm having trouble setting up a separate user account
with limited capabilities on the same computer. I just
bought a dell computer with windows xp professional, and
I want to make one user account (myself) as the
administrator with all the power....and a second user (my
employees) with no ability to change anything, like the
control panel. All I want the second user to have access
to is....
1) the internet
2) microsoft word, excel
3) windows media player, windows messenger
4) adobe acrobat, and the games

COULD SOMEONE HELP ME. I TRIED TO FIND THE INFORMATION ON
MICROSOFT'S SUPPORT PAGE, BUT I HAVEN'T FOUND ANYTHING.

THANKS,
GINO

Limited accounts are not able to change system settings, but they can
open control panels. You can move the program shortcuts from the All
Users profile to your own account profile and hide access to other
programs but all users are allowed to execute all programs as installed
by default.

Since you have XP professional, you could remove access to certain
Program Files folders for the Users group to disallow running those
programs, or you could change permissions only on the executable itself
to stop limited accounts from running those programs.
