Try a repair install from the CD.

Deb,
Have you added a new device to your computer? I ran into this problem when adding ram to a GATEWAY computer. It would loop back to the menu, removed the new module and XP would then boot normally. I gave up on it and trashed the machine. Bill -----Original Message----- Try a repair install from the CD. Deborah,
I would like to get more information before you do a reinstall or anything that drastic. What error do you get on bootup? -- Doug Allen, Windows 2000 MCSE Microsoft Enterprise Support This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
