CManager error / CCD process????????

I have searched for information on an error message I get
each time I start up my computer and haven't found a
solution. I hope someone here can help. This is the
message:

CManager
Application Fatal Error unable to connect to the CCD
process.

I'd appreciate an help on this error.

Althopugh I know nothing about this error myself, pasting the
