Default unable to re-install Norton AntiVirus - valid digital signature no

you should contact the Help and support for Norton, as this seems to be a Norton issue, not an XP issue.
here is a link to an article that may anser some questions, if not it has links to help and support.

After the nightmare to remove a bunch adware (TV Media, eZula, Power
Scan.... over 20+ items), I was unable to start Norton Antivirus 2003 in my
Dell Windows XP Prof system - "Norton AntiVirus has encountered an internal
program error. Uninstall and re-install Norton AntiVirus (3002,1530)".

So I uninstall and re-install this Norton AntiVirus 2003.
At the end of the installation I get this message:

Symantac CCApp "A valid digital signature was not found for this component.
NAVProd" (1002,2)

Following Norton AntiVirus knowledgebase instructions, I done:
1. uninstall the Norton Antivirus again (control panel / remove program).
2. get online using Symantac online Security Check and scan all hard drives.
Found no virus.
2. boot to safe mode and run FixKlex.com. Found no W32.Klex.E worm
3. turn off system restore (MY computer / property)
4. run regsvr32 wintrust.dll. DllRegisterServerSucceeded.
5. Make sure that the Windows Cryptographic service is running
6. download and install the Microsoft Windows Script 5.6 for Windows 2000
and XP

I done these according to Symantac instructions:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...25d938882567e5
0048a048/757d01ad3ba02c8488256dcd005fd38f?OpenDocument&src= bar_sch_nam

Well, still trying to reinstall Norton AntiVirus 2003 and Norton SystemWork
2003, same error message, same problem, unable to run Antivirus after
installation.

Any advise and help is much appreciated.

I am now certain this is Microsoft XP issue
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=822798

Now in this system, when we use Microsoft Words (2002), without selecting
any docuement, we got "Security Warning:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office
contains macros by Adobe Systems Inc.

"An error occurred while accessing online revocation server.
Macros may contain virues. Its always safe to disable macros, but if the
macros are legitimate, you might loss some functionality.
The security level is set to high. Therefore, you cannot enable macros from
sources that you do not trust."

Digital Signature Information: The revocation process could not continue -
the certificate could not be checked.
Name: Adobe Systems Inc. ...
Name of signer: VeriSign Time Stamping Service.

So I have to click "Disbale Macros" everytime.
"The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to the
online help or documentation of the host application to determine how to
enable macros."
