Default Missing theme

I've had to re-install XP using the disk suplied with my Fujitsu computer.
I've done this befor without any problems, however this time the windows XP
theme seems to be missing. I'm left looking at Bliss onthe desctop with flat,
grey taskbar.
Can I download this theme or is there another way to sort it out?

Hi Gosport_Gaz,

Go to Start Run and key in:
services.msc
Click on OK or hit ENTER

In the right pane of the Services window, scroll down to locate Themes and
double-click on it. Change the Startup type to Automatic, click on Apply,
then click on the Start button, click on OK once the service has started,
then close the Services window.

Regards,
