Remote assistance will not connect -Jonathan - help
I worded my previous question so poorly I'm posting it differently. Sorry
for the somewhat duplication everyone. Remote assistance will not connect. IM (windows live 8.0.0812 is connected and working fine. Voice connected too. Remote assistance request was sent and received. Receiver of request accepted request and sender received message that remote access accepted and now waiting for connection. Then the user that initiated the message received notice: "remote assistance could not be established because the remote host name could not be resolved." any help appreciated. Thanks very much!! -- Gene
