Default How to combine all users email accounts

I have Windows XP home edition. We have 3 user accounts
on our computer and I would like to know if there is a
way that all users can see the same email. Our internet
provider has us set up with one email address. The way it
is now, if any one of us downloads an email from our
provider, it only shows up on the users account that
downloaded it and the other two users don't see it when
using their user account. I would like to be able to join
or combine all three of our email user accounts in such a
way that when one person downloads emails, it will also
show up on the other two accounts simultaneously. Please
respond with any replies directly to my email
Thank you
