But if it was an Upgrade a fresh install may not work. Sounds like somehow
they have a prob. w/the reg. key. Would that be something to address w/MS?

Sometimes when im stressed I have to put the product 2 or 3 times cause I
typo. If it took it once, it should take it again. But I would still
