Uninstall SP2
After installing SP2 I had some computer issues. So I uninstalled the
update. Now all is well again, except that my system properties window still indicates that SP2 is installed. The same is true if I boot in Safe Mode. Also, when I go to the Microsoft update site and check for critical updates it does not indicate the SP2 update as I believe it should. Installation history also does not acknowledge the uninstall. Any ideas? |

Uninstall SP2
Hi
If typing the following from StartRun winver and right clicking My Computer and choosing Properties show references to SP2, then it couldn't have been uninstalled. Is there an entry in Add/Remove Programs that references SP2? -- Will Denny MVP - Windows Shell/User Please reply to the News Groups "mk" wrote in message ...
