Default ICS Troubleshooting

I have two laptops 1 with (Host)XP and another win (Client)ME, the client PC
connects to the internet without no problem and can also download emails,
the problem is that on the client PC pages like Hotmail Web Page, MS
Messenger (chat) and Yahoo do not load, I can browse many pages but I'm not
able to browse those specific pages, I've check the IE Security settings and
there are no option specifying to block any of those pages,

I have installed on both computers BlackICE Firewall, please note that I've
also tried to browse those pages by stopping the firewall, and the problem
still persists.
