Auto Re-Boot
I bought a new computer running Windows XP Pro. However every time I shut
down the machine re-boots after 3 seconds. Is this a windows setting or a hardware problem? Thanks, -- Bryan |

Auto Re-Boot
You possibly are encountering a system error during shutdown down. By
default, XP is configured to restart when an error happens. You can turn this off by: Right click on My Computer Select Properties Click on Advanced In Startup and Recovery, select Settings. In System Failure section, uncheck "Automatically restart" "Bryan" wrote in message ... I bought a new computer running Windows XP Pro.
