Default Watch Video via S-Video

Computer connect TV via S-Video. Watch DVD with Windows Media, DivX ...work
fine. With PowerDVD, WinDVD... NO picture displlay, just only have sound.
How to make these software work?

Most likely its windows screwing you over. Some video cards will not play a
commerical dvd on the tv out.
