I've loaded it on 4 PCs (1 laptop as well) with only one issue (MS Money
2004 won't open anymore). Otherwise, works well.

Installed on two desktops with no problem. I would suggest a defrag after
the install.

3 systems so far.

1 Laptop 2 desktops. Install worked without problems.

Issues so far.

Norton Anti-virus - WinXP reports status unknown. I
configured XP not to monitor antivirus anymore, couldn't
get it to shut up. Now everything is OK (Norton will
remind me when it's out of date). By contrast Trend Anti-
Virus corp edition no issues at all.

Novell NDPS outgoing traffic not recognized by firewall,
causes an alert. Need to configure rule to ignore NDPS
broadcasts. OK when configured.

I tested the IE popup blocker at
http://www.popupcheck.com
and it gets a 100% positive rating!! Better than Firefox!!

By all accounts this is a great update.

I can recommend.

I should also add that SP2 has 'fixed' my home network I
broke by turning on the firewalls using XP SP1. It is now
easy to allow local network traffic to pass through the
firewall enabling local file and printer sharing while
retaining a robust firewall against the 'bad boys'

Well done Microsoft.

So far 4 desktops, one notebook. No problems. Changed the Security
Center Alerts to stop bugging me because I prefer to use third-party
firewalls and have Windows Updater tell me when the updates are ready
to be installed and I don't want to see a red shield in the system
tray.

Nero Ultra Edition needed to be patched. Otherwise, everything works.

Two Computers, both XP Home, one desktop, one laptop, home network with ME
computer, laptop is wireless, installs were uneventful, no problems so far.
Boots are slightly slower, normal operation is slightly faster.

Only difference is that I can now install the newest driver for the Laptop's
touchpad and it works, so I can use the touchpad as a drum.
