I could swear that this thread started with a few troubling things from the user agreement that you must agree to before installing Win 10, and now it has morphed into settings that you can disable. I suspect that disabling certain settings does not remove any sections from the user agreement. |

The Express option, you don't bother with those sliders that control privacy. Express uses the default slider settings that gives Microsoft as much info as possible.
