Default Disc Cloning

I looked at the file backup facility but it wasn't what I wanted and the
free version doesn't have the option to disable VSS.

I decided to bite the bullet and buy a copy of one of the programs; not so
much because I expect any different result but so that I can use the support
function. I decided on Todo because the Home version is considerably cheaper
than Macrium (about a third of the price) and hopefully the bought version
will be faster than the free one. It may be that eventually I get to having
to go the Linux route but it will definitely be a last resort.

Many thanks

Best
O

Support function? Do you mean to say the support from the company that
sold you the product?

You are not likely to get any support n these newsgroups for your
premium product because very few people here spend money on something
that can easily be done with a free product. I only use CloneZilla and
it is free but you are an intelligent person so good luck to you.
