And if you have that, it's unlikely to be the only malware you have on your computer. I'd suggest running AdwCleaner (free): http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ then the free version of Malwarebytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/ Let them scan your computer and accept any recommendations they make to clean up.
