Your machine is infected with malware called Babylon, which is almost
certainly the cause of your other problems. If you have Babylon, it's
likely you also have other adware/malware that could stealing your
online banking and Ebay credentials.

Babylon can be very hard to remove. You may be best advised to reformat
and reinstall Windows.

I say "had" because I removed it from 'programs and features'
You still think it's still there, lurking in the background Mike?

It's notoriously hard to get rid of. You can apparently uninstall it
successfully but it comes creeping back. And if you have that, it's
unlikely to be the only malware you have on your computer.

I'd suggest running AdwCleaner (free):

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

then the free version of Malwarebytes:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Let them scan your computer and accept any recommendations they make to
clean up.

Best of luck.

Thanks Mike, found Babylon files in Folders and Registry. I'll do a regular
scan.
