Default Disk cleanup in 1809

Huge improvement in disk cleanup.
What used to take about an hour or so with all boxes checked in system
files mode in 1803 and earlier took about 5 minutes including Windows
old (about 18.2 GB.) Major goodness.

I like the explanation of what is being done. A rare thing for MS to
actually inform the user of what is really happening. The old cleanup
just gave you a generic subject. At least for the non computer
literate there is some direction.
