Hi again
Sorry for the typo. Please allow again. Have originally lost defragmenting and system restore features. Have since, found out that my system Tools feature file, in start/acccessories, is empty, therefore I am unable to access the above features. I may have accidently deleted that file. The shortcuts are in All Users not the various other users folders. Did you check the sub-folder of All Users? -- Hope this helps.
