Default McAfee or Windows Live OneCare

My ISP offers me a choice of McAfee Security Center or Windows Live OneCare,
but I am not sure which I should install. Any suggestions?

IMO neither.
I use F-Secure Internet Security, but there are many good (some free)
alternatives. Don't get Norton. If you're in the UK you can see a review
of lots of AV software in the latest PC Pro magazine.

Certainly not McAfee. Probably not Live OneCare.
Absolutely not Norton. It is a resource hog that can be extremely hard to
remove.
Instead Nod32.
