Default Upgrade from XPhome to XP professional

I upgraded from XP HOME to XP PROFESSIONAL, now
when I turn on my laptop it takes about 3 to 5 minutes
before I can do anything. So by going to task master
and ending a file called ApntEx.exe then I can do anything
I want. Does anyone have an idea of what to do?

Hello
This file might be related to spyware. I advice you to scan your computer
and eliminate possible threats.

Download, Upgrade & Run
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

Download & Run a free virus scan to double check your current one. (free)
