Error moving file
Win XP Home Sp3, Dual-core 2.13 GHz CPU, 4 Gb RAM
In attempting to move a particular file from one folder to another on the same drive I am getting an error message stating that the file is already in use with another program, and that I need to close that program first. Is there any reliable way of finding out which specific program is claiming priority over the file? Task Manager is not showing anything running which might be the culprit. This is an intermittent problem, but very annoying. Thanks Stuart |

Thanks Stuart It would have helped if you posted the extension of the file but this may be of use http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../bb896653.aspx |
